[ It starts with a voicemail message that doesn't get a reply.
"This is Lieutenant Ortega speaking. I'm your new warden, and I'm looking forward to working with you. Let me know when you want to meet."
And then another, some hours later.
"Trevor, Lieutenant Ortega. We need to go over some things. Respond as soon as you have a chance."
And another.
"Pick up your fucking device, Trevor. You know why."
And then she goes to find him. It takes about a day and a half for her to give up on the device - inmates here are treated like they're going to a day spa, even in this time of restriction, and she can't entirely blame him if he's in the middle of something. But after 30 hours of absolute silence, she decides there's no excuse.
So she uses her ONI to find him, one eye glowing an eerie blue-silver as she makes her way through the ship. She's a small woman, hair pulled back in a ponytail, dressed in trousers, a blue shirt, and a blazer. The unnatural light in her iris disappeares when she finds him. ]
Trevor Belmont?
[ She doesn't sound happy. ]

After a talk with Lark, Zack heads off to find Trevor. He hasn't even met the man yet, and he's already a pain in the ass.
It takes a bit, but eventually he does track Trevor down.
"Trevor Belmont?"

A few hours after breaking up Trevor and Envy's confrontation, Xie Lian follows up as promised. He wouldn't think to use Trevor's inbox, instead working his way through the ship, looking for him.
He waits until he can hear him moving around the ship, then brings Trevor a tray of meat and fruit, and a small bottle of liquor from the stash he was given for Christmas.
"Have a minute? I've brought you a bribe for hearing me out."

[After Lark hangs up on him, he can't leave it at that. Without expecting much, Adrian does try the most immediate means to contact Trevor.]
Fuck did you do?
[And when that doesn't work, a slightly confused puppy and an Alucard with bed-head (coffin-head?) will go looking.]

Why did you chase Daniel out of the dining hall?
Hello, Trevor.
When you have a moment, I have a favor to ask.

Hey! Thanks for the fight club invite! It was fun.
[She did not participate in any actual fighting, choosing instead to first sit on the sidelines and watch, and then sit on the sidelines and make out with Sweeney. But both of those things had indeed been enjoyable!]
I'm wondering if I can pick your brain about weaponry.

Hey, Trevor; how've you been doing? How was the breach?
Hey Trevor, are any of those old-fashioned guns still available?

Trevor? Please don't feel the need to reply to this immediately.
When you do see it, I just had a question: were you serious when you said you were willing to spar, even with the possibility of death?

Incidentally...
I did not kill him.
But I did wipe the bloody floor with him. And learn a few things.
I know you know who I mean.

If I changed my mind about the fighting thing, how likely do you think it is that you could make me dangerous?
Physically, of course.
[She already is mentally dangerous :) ]

Jon... doesn't eat, so he's rarely at the dining hall these days. He's fed, many thanks to Daniel Jacobi, but he's here for one reason and one reason only as he waits outside the kitchen for Trevor.
Jon's not usually one for noticing things, but when it comes to the library and people visiting or not visiting, this he's going to notice.
Yes, there's a lot of scrambling and shuffling and work being done, but still.
It's why he goes to find Trevor again, because as much as he's frustrated with him...
He doesn't want everything to end the way it did with Tim. He doesn't want someone to go to their death hating him with the friendship in ruins.
That's why wherever he finds Trevor, he won't stand there in frustration. He'll step up and whatever it is? make the universal gesture of 'need a hand' in offer.

Are you all right? I... meant to check in earlier.

[Good early Sunday morning, Trevor. Enjoy this insistent phone call, until you answer to.]
You graduated?! Were you planning on telling me ever?
