I'm physically blind. My hands are a mess, my arms are a mess, my chest is a mess, my upper back is a mess. One leg has an injury. My lungs are a mess. I'm still missing ribs.
[A slow exhale, before Trevor stands up and grabs his medical bag. He's no doctor but he needed to be able to patch his own wounds on the road and in Flotilla]
There. See? No need for all pretext. Just say "Trevor, I'm hurt, I need you."
[He catches sight of Jon and waves to him, before the absurdity of waving to a blind man catches up with him. He grimaces and stomps over, loudly, on purpose to announce his arrival]
Hey.
[He's covered, arms and torso and some of his neck, in healed burn scars. Occasionally one will cause him discomfort and he'll need to rub some shit into it, but it's nothing like how most people are staggering around]
[ He can probably feel the eyes watching him so it's no surprise that he waves back. The blindness gets somewhat explained now that Trevor can see him: one eye is as dark as the space between stars and the other is fogged almost white. There's bruises on his face, bandages on one hand and both arms, and an obvious bulk of more under his clothes. There's also one around his neck with a dark stain. Last but not least is a worryingly stained cup opposite of where he usually keeps his tea cup. There's a few more spots with bandages visible but they seem smaller.]
I'm glad to see you mostly healed up. But I did say I was all right.

I promise: I'm not in need of a statement.

[He sounds distant, like he's walking now. Trevor heads for the library with his medicine satchel.]

[ He's where one would expect him to be, after all. ]

Re: early to mid "exit wounds" | audio
[says Trevor, walking over and crossing his arms to inspect Jon, get the whole of him]
But better than some of the times I've seen you.
Re: early to mid "exit wounds" | audio
[ And he rolls all of them which, yeah, feels a little odd. Sorry, Trevor. ]
But no, I'm not falling dead every five seconds, thankfully.
Re: early to mid "exit wounds" | audio
[He says, to shake off the eerie feeling of the eyes watching him. Trevor slumps into a chair to watch Jon]
Well? Talk.
Re: early to mid "exit wounds" | audio
[ That's a slow shake of his head. ]
It's lovely to... see you, but I'm not talking about my injuries.

No. You're welcome to... catalog things now and ask me later. I'll tell you whatever you like.
