A man of unrelenting conviction with a keen sense of justice, to the detriment of all other factors in a given incident.

His permanent pairing, Mr Dennis Collins, is a graduated inmate and serial killer of no small infamy from the same world and time period as Arthur Lester (myself), John Doe, Father Oscar, Detective Noel Finley (aka Charlie Dowd), and Edwin Cho Buck (aka Yellow), with all of whom he has had a history of violent confrontation.

Where at all possible I strongly recommended addressing Trevor directly if you have any need to discuss things with him, even reprimand or consequences for his own actions, as Collins presents himself as notoriously flippant of the entire Barge system as a whole.

While I don't give a damn bit about this blasphemous boat, I do care about Trevor. I encourage you to resolve any problem you may have with the lad, but if you have an issue you can't resolve I suggest you take it up with me before you get yourself into trouble.

Giving a man consequences that aren't yours to give can spell disaster to anyone foolish enough to think otherwise. Especially on this hellship. It's not a threat or promise from me, it's simply an observation and an intimate knowledge of the situation you may find yourself in if it involves certain people. [He's probably the least of anyone's worries here.]
